Check the ventilation on the floor of the house, or remove the landscaping that will allow moisture to build up in the ceiling plumbing space of the house.
To protect the roof, cut off the tree branches that are in contact with the roof, and cut out the wooden eaves or window frames so they do not touch the tree branches.
Regularly inspect the doors and windows of the house, and the cracks cover the gap.
If the conduit or piping is not properly closed from the outside to the inside of the house, repair it.
