"Sudden dieting is a long-lasting diet that is like 500 to 1,000 calories per day," said Dr. Johnson again at the Pennington Institute of Biomedical Research in the US.
Sudden dieting is a risk for diabetes if you have problems with your metabolism. Dr. Johansen said that in the early days of body weight loss, insulin secretion could be temporarily improved, but more fat would be released before muscle builds.
Diet diet
For a healthy diet, choose protein-rich foods such as chicken breast, flank steak, fish, and tofu. Protein foods are low in calories and are helpful in muscle formation. It is also possible to consume protein with fresh vegetables, butter, and cheese.
It is also helpful to eat brown rice rather than white rice and to eat some unsaturated fat for smooth physical activity and brain health. It contains a lot of unsaturated fats such as nuts, butter, avocado, olive oil and salmon.
Diet exercise
It is good to carry out the exercise which consumes the calories together with the health food. If you do not know what kind of exercise is good, it can be helpful to exercise 35 minutes every day for intense exercise such as jogging, cycling or aerobic dance. If you are used to exercising, repeat the jump squat, fast running, push-ups and sit-ups several times.
It is good to consume a lot of calories through exercise, so using stairs instead of escalators and choosing dancing as a hobby rather than watching movies is a good way to diet.
A short-term diet is not good for your body.
It is difficult to expect a long-term diet effect simply by starving. Because you can not starve for a lifetime, eating normally will cause a yo-yo phenomenon and nutritional imbalance can cause various side effects.
