Causes of warts frequently found in children
Warts often found in children are caused by HPV, called papillomavirus, in the skin or mucous membranes. Excessive proliferation occurs and a papule appears on the surface of the skin. Warts can occur in any part of the skin, mainly on the face, hands, feet, and legs.
Sexual contact can also occur in the penis. Warts are divided into the genital forms of the HPV genus, usually warts, limbs, flat warts, and genital warts. Most of the clinical features are easily diagnosed, but in some cases a biopsy is needed. Warts that usually disappear within a few months can last for years if not treated and can recur if they are cured. Warts, which may be infected depending on the location and cause of the disease, can easily become infected if they come into contact with skin and wounds.
Types of various warts
Warts can be divided into four types. Common warts, the most common warts, are warts of various sizes with rough, raised surfaces that occur on the back of their hands, fingers, lips, ears, and the like. Flat warts with flat surface and small papules are common in children and adolescents, mainly on the face.
Unlike corns, leg warts, which are not easy to distinguish from corns, are often present irrespective of where they are weighted and often have several. Genital warts are one of the most common adult diseases, and skin lesions usually appear about three months after sexual intercourse. As time goes by, the genital warts, in which the pelvic girdle forms a crest of a chicken, appear well in the furrows, around the anus, and at the entrance of the urethra covered by the penis foreskin in men. In women, the perineum, the anus, the cervix, and the vulva show up well.
How to Treat Warts
Warts infected by HPV, called papilloma virus, can be treated in a number of ways. Wart removal can be treated with warts, but the most common treatment for warts is cryotherapy. The cryotherapy method is a method of temporarily freezing the skin using a refrigerant such as liquefied nitrogen or carbon dioxide to remove skin lesions. A treatment method using liquid nitrogen as a refrigerant has recently been most commonly used. Depending on the method of delivering the refrigerant, it can be divided into the freezing probe method, the swab method, and the atomizer method.
