There is a universal truth. It is the fact that everybody "grows old" over time. At some point in my childhood I feel like living forever, but in the end, no one can sustain eternal youth.

It is heartbreaking to see a loving family, especially parents, getting older. Your parents' hair turns gray, wrinkles on your face, or you may not be as healthy as before. Could it be that you have difficulties in telling your parents? If you look at the circumstances listed below, you might want to check it out once your parents come up.

1. Daily living is difficult

According to Dr. Jason Bliss, founder of Healthy Living Network, "Activities of daily living (ADL)" includes washing, dressing, shopping and cooking.

If older parents are having difficulties with one of these, it may be difficult to care for themselves due to aging. But clinical psychologist Donna Cohen says some of the elderly are trying to conceal these difficulties. "Many older people consider themselves proud survivors. I think they have had a good and bad experience, and I believe they can do it alone. " Dr. Cohen added that it is necessary for medical staff to accurately diagnose the condition of their parents.

2. Your health deteriorates

As people age, they suffer from many health problems such as diabetes, hypertension, heart and kidney disease. Dementia, Parkinson's disease, and Alzheimer's disease. If your parents are diagnosed with this condition and the situation gets worse, you may need to hire a caregiver.

3. The cleanliness of the house gets worse.

Most children grow up to hear the nagging that they should clean things up and clean the room from childhood. Therefore, if you have unheated dishes in your parents 'home sinks, or if you have a lot of bad food in the refrigerator, you may have a problem with your parents' health.

Other changes to be observed closely include reduced social activities, physical weaknesses, and financial problems. When this situation is discovered, it is time to actively participate in the life of the parents and give back the care and affection that have been received.
